"The new and much admired recreation ground at West Harrow will be officially opened at 3pm on Saturday March 28th. An endeavour is being made to arrange exhibition tennis matches by well known players after the opening ceremony. The total outlay on the ground will amount to £8,920, instead of £9,200 as estimated."

This article mentions a putting green at the Pinner Road ground, which they hope will be repeated at West Harrow and Roxeth grounds. It also mentions that mischievous boys broke the windows of the tennis pavilion, as has happened at other recreation grounds.
